These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DojoShop, a mobile application. By accessing or using DojoShop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use DojoShop.

DojoShop and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and logos, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of the content on DojoShop without our prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Services

DojoShop may integrate with third-party services. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DojoShop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that DojoShop will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of DojoShop.
